GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy offers a unique and powerful way of healing. In the group, relational patterns naturally emerge, providing opportunities to explore them in real time with others. I draw from modern analytic group psychotherapy, which emphasizes working in the here-and-now and using the group relationship itself as the engine of growth.My style is warm, relational, and often infused with gentle humor, creating a space where members feel supported as they share openly and respond to one another. Participants gain deeper insight into themselves, experience more authentic connections, and develop greater emotional flexibility. Groups provide a place to experiment with new ways of relating, feel truly seen, and discover that you are not alone in your struggles.
Current Therapy Groups:
Tuesday 5:30 - 7pm weekly - on Zoom and in office one time per month.
Wednesday 5:30 - 7pm weekly - on Zoom and in office one time per month.
Thursday 6 - 7:30pm weekly - alternating Zoom and in office.
