
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
In individual therapy, I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, helping you explore unconscious patterns, relational dynamics, and early experiences that shape your current behavior and emotional life.
This approach allows for deep self-understanding and insight while providing a safe space to experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others.My style is warm, relational, and often infused with humor, creating a space where you can feel supported while also engaging deeply with your feelings.
Depending on your needs, I may also integrate EMDR to process trauma or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to support mindful awareness and stress reduction.I believe therapy is most effective when it helps you feel both seen and challenged — offering a space to connect, reflect, and grow beyond old patterns.
